Buyer reviewI called her and told her what I was looking for and she found 7 places for me to see in one day ,since i lived couple hrs away, and i found the one for me same day. I had never bought a house by myself. My husband had passed and I needed new place to restart my life. Susan not only helped me find house but has become my 1st friend in terre haute. I couldn't have done this without her help. She is truly a good and considerate person in my eyes.

Seller reviewShe was knowledgeable and friendly and helped make this tough situation of selling my grandmothers home a better one, I would recommend her to a friend, she is honest and down to earth and won't just tell you what you want to hear, she will also accept that you may not see eye to eye on things but works to find a happy compromise for the situation at hand.

Buyer reviewI wish there was a higher rating for "patient" and "professional." I was a first-time home-buyer, and totally clueless about the process and even what I wanted. It didn't matter how many houses I wanted to see or how many questions I had. Susan was always very patient, super helpful and a consummate professional. On top of that, she was downright kind. When it's time for me to get back into the real estate market, it will be a no-brainer - I'll call Susan.
