  • Seller review
Buying and selling a home is always a stressful time, but Sue shepherded us through the process with constant attention, answers to questions, and guidance that has been unmatched in previous experiences we have had. I would recommend her to anybody in the real estate market!
  • Buyer review
The whole journey process went smooth, thanks to Sue. She was kind, patient and listen to your needs. She's the agent to use in all your real estate transactions.
  • Seller review
Sue helped my cousin find his dream townhome in Durham in 2019 when he relocated from NJ to NC. He was very impressed with her knowledge, patience and high ethical standards. Sue would stop in to see him when she was in the neighborhood. He became ill and gave her my contact information. When he passed away in 2021, I was left with his home, however I live in Florida. After a year, I decided to sell and contacted Sue. I work for a real estate title company in the Tampa Bay area so I'm familiar with real estate transactions and how they pertain to realtors, buyers, sellers, and financial institutions. Buying and selling properties is very stressful. The fact that I'm out of state created a new set of issues. Sue literally became my right arm. She found competent and reasonable people to do repairs and prepared the home for showings and was personally present, with camera in hand, to show me the progress. Her expertise, suggestions and word are gold! We had some unusual bumps with items left in the home that had to be removed. Again, Sue expertly coordinated the process. It would have been extremely difficult to accomplish all that needed to be done from 700 miles away without her. I received 3 offers within 1 month of listing and smoothly closed a month later over asking price. Whether selling or buying, Sue is the best!
  • Seller review
I was concerned that the recent increase in federal interest rates were going to impede a potential sale, so it was on the market in short order. Sue presented me with two offers within 24 hours, and I couldn't have been more pleased. Another similar home in the neighborhood came on the market the very day, and for the very same price. It was still listed as active a month later. Sue collected three very good comparable sales and suggested I price it on the lower side, and that contributed to its short stay on the active market. Her strategy was carefully thought out, and proved perfect. The winning offer was $37,500 over the listed price.

  • Buyer review
I was new to the experience of buying a home and felt right at home with Sue. She explained the house purchasing process very clearly which made it easy for me to make informed decisions. She is a true professional and I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting a positive house buying experience.
