We're not sure we can adequately put into words the value Susan brought to us in our search for a home. She was essential every single step of the way, and in ways that we didn't foresee or know that we needed. We knew Susan as a neighbor, first. When asked to help us look at numbers in selling our home, we were duly impressed with her attention to detail and organized, logical presentation of what we needed to know. She had all our questions answered before we had a chance to ask them. Her follow through was timely and helpful. We sold our home via a different avenue for various logistical reasons, however, we did use Susan to purchase our next home. We never needed to wait for answers to questions, as she was very prompt.. and thorough! Where we had concerns with our new home, Susan was very good about addressing them with the builder. New construction always has bumps in the road and imperfections, and we felt Susan really had our back when these things came up. It is evident Susan is a seasoned real estate veteran and her level of follow through is unsurpassed in what I have seen in previous real estate agents. I spent 5 years working in real estate during a different stage in life. I've seen a lot of agents up close. Susan is in a class of her own, and went above and beyond... consistently. We knew she was a good real estate agent when we had our first professional meeting, but we didn't know she was THAT good. We can honestly say she is the very best agent we have ever worked with, and we will use Susan's services whenever the need arises.
