Seller reviewI called Susan from Peterborough, ON regarding a house she had for sale in Seneca Falls, NY. I explained that I was coming down to Seneca Falls with my 2 small children for school and I wanted some information about the house she had for sale. I explained I needed someone's eyes down there for me as I was not going to be able to view the house before I purchased it. She told me from a mother to a mother that, even though it was her listing I did not want it. It was a beautiful house but not in "the greatest" neighborhood. She listened to what I needed and ultimately led me to the house I ended up buying. We love it so much - the house and the location. I appreciated everything that she did for me buying the house (without even being my realtor) so I vowed to pay her back by allowing her to sell this same house when I was finished school. She was definitely a small town, caring individual who cared and cares about my well being before a sale. I can't thank her enough for being an honest person. Me and my kids thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!!

There were some concerns that any buyer would want to know, and Sue was sure to point those out right up front. It's always nice working with someone that knows the market and knows the product.
