She provided me with all the paperwork I needed, and explained everything clearly. This is the second home I have purchased through her. Buyer reviewWe went to 3 other brokers offices. But they were so rich, they didn't need to work the day after Christmas. So we proceded to Pelican Lake on our own. We ask the guard about a Realty on property, and was directed to Century 21 Sundance. The receptionist said a couple of people were working that day, and she would go back and see who was available. She returned and said Susan would help us shortly. Since Santa brought Susan a lump of coal for Christmas. She came to work the day after. And we are happy that she did. Susan Southerland is a true professional.
