I never dealt with this broker b4. I obtained the number from the yard signs and called her . She was punctual. We went to her office where she agreed to present my offer. She was efficient and professional. I had just had a bad experience ins selling my previous home in a different city. It was refreshing dealing with Susan who was very knowledgeable, explained the process and was there every step of the way..She was always willing to help whereas my previous broker and agent were like bumps on a log. She is definitely an asset to your company

Susan really knows the local market. I have sold and purchased several properties over the last 17 years and have used Susan G. Thomas exclusively. Both the sales and purchases I have made with her have been very competitive and fair to all parties. She always takes great care of me and both the sale and purchase procedures went extremely well. Susan just happened to mention this property, in a conversation we had, when we were looking at another property. It proved a better choice per her knowledge of our needs. She responds very quickly to any messages left for her on her phone or from the office. She previously sold us a home and we only wanted to deal with her on this purchase.
