We initially reached out to Susan about a house outside the city. Having spent more time thinking about our decision, we scrapped that house and called to cancel our viewing. We had done our own searching at this point and thought we would just wait for a bit to see what else pops up. She contacted me the next day with the suggestion of a house in town. It was a little out of price range, but Susan wasn't aware of that, but I asked for a lower offer in our price range and she followed through. Surprising both of us the sellers accepted! Had Susan not had the tenacity to reach out to us and suggest a house knowing not much about us at all, or what our price range was, well... we would not have the beautiful home we have today. I'm impressed with her motivation to reach out to us and sell the house on the sellers behalf and her innate sense of what we would like. So many people say not to go through a seller's realtor, but Susan was incredibly fair and easy to work with. I would completely recommend her to family and friends. Thank you Susan!
