Welcome to Sumter, SC, home of Shaw AFB and some of our Country's finest! We're located about 45 minutes from Columbia, SC, and 1½ hours from the fabulous Myrtle Beach Grand Strand! Originally from the Washington, DC area, I moved to Sumter in 1996. I've been a full-time Real Estate Professional for over 20 years. Personal Info
My husband of over 20 years is Gene and we have two daughters, Amelia and Isabelle! I ride show jumpers in my off-time. I have a Rhodesian Ridgeback, "George,"and his best friend "Riggs" our Beagle. Also, 5 horses and 3 cats everyone is a rescue! I dedicate the majority of my time to my Family and my Real Estate Business. I am a member of the Sumter Junior Welfare League and I am a member of First Baptist Church of Sumter.

Buyer reviewSusan new the area and market much better than the other realtor we talked to. She helped us differentiate between the quality homes and ones with a lot of creative photography where the sellers were not being up front with the condition. She found us a good quality home in a nice Neverhood with almost all the fetchers we were looking for and within our budget. She recommended a good home inspector who did a thorough job and then she worked with the seller to get the issues uncovered in the inspection corrected. She helped us all the way through the transaction, I strongly recommend that anyone looking for a home in the Sumter, SC area call Susan.
