Seller reviewUnfortunately we had a buyer not perform multiple times, yet Susie Roope stayed the course and never lost focus. To say I was frustrated with out first buyer, would be an understatement, but Susie kept me engaged and confident that we'd get the house sold. The buyer who didn't perform basically tied up the house and we missed a complete sales cycle (spring, summer, fall of 2017), but Susie worked with other brokers in the area, to find a great buyer who was thrilled to buy the house, and it ended up being a great experience for everyone involved. It was my third real estate transaction with Susie Roope, and she's gone above and beyond each time, and I've extremely happy with my experience. Couldn't be happier considering what we went through.
