The Agent was a referral from the Rocket Mortgage. We were matched with her as part of the buying process. She was very professional and worked tirelessly to help us find our home. At the closing Suzanne realized that the Closing included the cost of the inspection that we had paid for previously. This saved us $500, which the attorney had to reimburse us. When it came to communications, Suzanne was the best. Sometimes she even contacted us at 4am when she couldn't sleep. We work night shift so it was quite a surprise to have her working tirelessly to help us find and get our home. Even though we knew that we weren't her only clients, she often made us felt as if we were. She was available to us when we needed her which made everything go smoothly during the purchase. We were able to go from being pre-approved for a conventional loan by Rocket Mortgage, through making an offer, to closing in 30 days. She communicated with the selling agent and informed us that there were six offers, but all were FHA loans, but they wanted a conventional loan so we submitted our offer and it was accepted. The offer was made on 1/31 we closed on 2/25 with Suzanne helping us all along the way. This was our first time buying a house and she made it go very easy for us. This was the first time we have ever purchased a home. It seemed as if it would be a daunting experience, but Suzanne made it a breeze. My wife has already recommended Suzanne to one of her co-workers who is possibly looking to sell a house. I would recommend her to anyone because she made us feel at ease during the entire process and we got things done quickly. A co-worker of mine mentioned another lender and real estate agency, and told me it took them two months to close. I was glad I could tell him how much easier and faster that Suzanne made things happen.

Suzanne pushed me to look at homes that i didn't think i could afford. However based on her local knowledge of what i could get for my current home she insure me that she could make it work. I received way more for my home than i realized and with that my wife and i are in our dream home.
