Suzanne Godsell got my family into our dream house.

I had a great experience with Suzanne. She was a great help to me, and provided lots of helpful insight in purchasing a home. I highly recommend her for knowledge of the housing market and it's workings. She is very professional, polite, and incredibly understanding of people's individual needs and circumstances.

My friend told me about her relationship with Suzanne Godsell, explained that Suzanne would never pressure me into a sale and that she'd have my desires for a house selection as her top priority. That was absolutely the case. Suzanne was fabulous during the entire process, even with all the complications that occurred. Not only were my husband and I from out of town, but he became ill during the buying process, and Suzanne stepped in and did so much extra work on my behalf. Suzanne handled everything professionally, and asked the home owners to fix a number of things before purchase, such as fixing the flashing on the roof over one bedroom, which had leaked and stained the ceiling, replacing the broken doorbell, etc. We weren't able to do a final walk-through with her because of my husband's illness, so she took a member of her family to provide another set of eyes to ensure that everything was perfect. Those acts of consideration were very much appreciated in our stressful situation. I really can't say enough about how kind and helpful Suzanne was during the process of purchasing our home. That process was complicated by my husband's illness, and she certainly went the extra mile for us. She helped us link up with a mortgage company, helped set up a long-distance closing, so that we could close on the house from our DC location, and even set up utilities on our behalf at the Wyandotte municipal building, so that services wouldn't be canceled before our arrival in Michigan. I would absolutely recommend Suzanne -- and already have! -- to anyone looking for a house in this area.

Suzanne was very friendly and easy to talk to. She also knew a lot about the area. I felt that I could trust her. I am very pleased with my experience with Suzanne Godsell, will recommend her to family and friends.
