Tenant reviewSuzanne is absolutely wonderful. In the first month of living at 60 stanford there was a problem with our heat one call and by the following day she had it repaired. She is always super friendly and helpful. she even checks on us to make sure the oil tank is full knowing my roommate and I are new to the reneting game. On days off and even during thanksgiving weekend she has always been only a phone call away. :) Suzanne is absolutely wonderful. Tenant reviewLike I noted before I was going through a separation and needed to find a place for myself and my three kids it was very stressful and I wanted to keep the kids in sane school district but I also had a strict budget and a time frame . My x husband and I sold our house and needed to vacate and get separate places it was three days before school started and I had no idea where the kids would go .. Sue found this property it wasn't even listed it was exactally what I was looking for but it wasn't gonna be ready in time so I figured out other arrangements and finally the property was available three weeks after school . If it wasn't for sue and her patience yet determination to get me settled I don't think I would have gotten what I wanted and would have settled . I am very grateful she was like a mother to me and holding my hand The Who time I would recommend her to family and friends and I will use her again in the future

Tenant reviewSuzanne was very helpful with finding us a place to rent with only about 30 days to move. Always let us know what was going on and gave good advice when presented with questions from landlords. I truly believe the only reason we were able to rent where we are now is that Suzanne came with us and was prepared with documents for the landlord when we had an in person meeting. We definitely would use Suzanne again when we move.

Tenant reviewAt the time we were trying to rent the apartment, we were having an unusual problem with the electric co. Our electric to that apartment had been turned of even though the tenant 3 tenants ago had requested it to be turned off when she left The next two tenants did not place the electric in their name. One had passed on and the other went to Alaska. The electric co had acknowledged that they had neglected to turn off the electric when they were requested to do so. It took me almost 10 days to resolve this and all the while Suzanne kept the prospective tenant aware of the situation and kept me calm. When it was solved, I had told the electric co that I would keep the electric in my name for at least a year. Suzanne helped me to figure out how to fit this into the contract. She is extremely helpful. She is someone you can depend on. Thank you, Suzanne!!
