Buyer reviewWe heard from friends that Sylvia Chross was a wonderful agent to work with. This being our first time purchasing a house, we wanted someone knowledgable as well as easy to work with. We met some other brokers that were at home sites as we first began our search…honestly, they were very cheesy and seemed like sharks! Sylvia was the complete opposite. She is not pushy, she is extremely nice, patient, and understood our needs right away. As mentioned in previous fields of this survey, she was amazing! We could not have chosen a better broker than Sylvia. We will strongly recommend her to any friends and/or family whom are looking to sell or buy a house. She is truly a top notch professional. Sylvia made the house search, find, and closing process seamless. She did a wonderful job on everything. She was very consistent, persistent, and informative. 110%! Nice, clean office environment. Other brokers that were in the office were very nice as well. She was very professional, knew what she was doing, educated us on the entire home buying process, and was very consistent in her work. She was great!
