Sylvia always made me feel comfortable and confident...in what can be a challenging and oftentimes overwhelming experience (the locating and purchasing of a new house). Sylvia was very excited to meet us and arranged to meet us the very next day to start our buying process. Being first time home buyers we really had no idea what to expect. Sylvia listened to our needs and guided us smoothly through the entire process. She really went above and beyond to get us the best purchase price and most repairs covered by the seller, setting us up for very little out of pocket costs.
