Seller reviewTad was excellent at pricing the home based on market value. He made assessments of the property on what repairs or what staging was needed to promote the best price for the home. Tad made sure that I understood what was happening at all times. His prompt emails texts was very comforting when unexpected problems arose. Tad was very attentive when I had a question. He either emailed or texted me an answer. I would highly recommend Tad Reynolds to anyone and everyone. He is simply an exceptional professional who know his craft. That is a rare thing in this day and age .To find a professional that takes his work serious was a blessing for me since I was selling a home from out of state. I had to rely on Tad to know the market and other nuances in selling the home. He did an Excellent job. He is a very special person. Thank you Tad for everything.
