Once I selected Tamara to represent me, she helped with the staging of my home to get the most buyers interested in it. Tamara handled all of the scheduling of prospective buyer showings, fielded all of the other realtor questions and made the entire selling experience painless and with no stress to myself. She provided a spreadsheet of the multiple offers and the differences between them for my review. Tamara then discussed the pros and the cons of each offer to help with my decision making of which offer to take. I will recommend her to all of my friends, family and business associates since I know she will take care of them with the same level of professionalism and support that she did for me.

Even though I was out of town, Tamara kept me aware of new properties on the market with a custom web portal filtered to my requirements and would reach out with any of them that she felt would meet my needs. Tamara was respectful of my time and only checked in to be sure I had seen a particularly interesting property. She provided video chat viewings of perspective homes and once the decision was made to purchase, she took care of all the negotiations and made for a seamless transaction. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.
