She provided constructive criticism on possible changes to improve marketability in our area. Tami had a full plate with other items she had to do but was always available when we needed her.

She took us to several homes, New and Existing & we decided to go New Build. Tami kept us informed on the status of our home and took pictures for us to see since we weren't there to see how the house was coming along. Tami was knowledgeable about items required for FHA & VA loans so we could prep our house to sell. She was great at talking me off ledges throughout the entire process. Great communicator. We never had to ask for an update, because she was so prompt. Great listener. Best realtor we've had!
