As a native of North Carolina, I have loved every city and town. But since the 1970's, I moved to this beautiful, waterfront city of Washington, NC. With it's vast history and friendly downhome folks, I was hooked. Living here has allowed me to volunteer for charities and participate in activities centered around helping the community grow and thrive. I am a Director for our Washington/Beaufort County Board of Realtors and member of the Chamber of Commerce. Having been an owner of two businesses and working in engineering at Fountain Powerboats in the area, I learned the importance of striving towards your goals. As a full-time real estate broker, I take pride in my career. Going that extra mile for my buyers and sellers to make their transaction as easy as possible is my main concern. But knowing also, I will be there for them even after the sale.

Buyer reviewTammy was great from beginning to end. She walked us through every step and never got frustrated with us as we are picky people. She went the extra mile to find every property we were interested in and knew what we were looking for. She was always a phone call away no matter of the day or time and always picked up her phone, not getting email. She was our angel in this process and will refer her to everyone we know and have made a special friend through this process not just a realtor. Best agent ever. She was always there to answer questions and even after closing she is still there for us. Will never forget the experience or Tammy, She is a true Angel I know right from the start we were going to work well together, its good to have someone who listens and works hard.

Buyer reviewI'm a first time home buyer and Tammy was very patient and helpfully throughout this whole experience. Any questions or issues I had Tammy did a great job at finding out answers for me. She was very responsive any time I called or text her. I feel like Tammy understood what I was looking for in a house and she listened to me and my fiance to help us find an amazing first house!
