Seller reviewTammy did an awesome job selling this piece of property for me before I started losing money by hiring to have it mowed and maintained this spring. She offered great advice on how to handle situations. This was not your typical selling of a house, as the house was unrepairable and was a demolition only, just the land for sale. She did not make enough for selling this to cover her expenses and time I am sure. But she never complained and gave it her all until the day we closed. Thank you Tammy!!

Buyer reviewWe were matched up accidently, best accident ever. Tammy went over and above looking over all the contracts to be sure everything was right. Great to work with. No problem dragging us around looking at a bunch of houses. Greg stayed late to Notarize all the pages of the contract so we could close. Everyone was fabulous. She kept an cool head while dealing with some crazy stuff from lender and seller. Was so great communicating between lender and title company when they kept messing things up. Three cheers for Tammy!
