Tammy King went above and beyond with assisting us with all aspects of our home buying process. This is the first house my wife and I purchased. When looking at potential homes, Tammy scheduled all house tours in an organized and time efficient manner. She was attentive to our preferences and needs. Tammy handled all communication in a quick and efficient manner. She was always available to answer questions via phone call, text, or email. Tammy was very patient with answering all our questions regarding documents we were asked to sign. As this was our first home buying process, we had a million questions and Tammy answered all of them in easy to understand manner without missing the details. Beyond the normal duties of a relator, Tammy gave us several suggestions and ideas on where to buy appliances and helped us get in touch with contractors for future home improvement projects. We truly enjoyed working with Tammy. We appreciated all the time she spent with us to ensure a smooth home buying experience. We recommend Tammy to anyone looking to purchase a house.

Tammy King is knowledgeable and understanding, and I was particularly grateful that she was always readily available to speak with throughout the process. For the home I closed on, I requested a showing for 8pm earlier that afternoon, and she was willing to meet with me despite such short notice at a late hour. I don't think I would have been able to close on this house if she had not been willing to meet me there by that time and immediately extend an offer on it. In addition to helping me through the buying process, Tammy has continued to be helpful and supportive even after closing was completed. She has been helping me with setting up utilities and has continued to be readily available to speak with me post-closing.

Tammy showed us the first house we wanted to see and we knew we wanted her for our broker. Our overall experience with Tammy was excellent. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house. She was very responsive to our questions (and there were a lot of them!) When things got stressful she was our rock to keep us from not giving up. Tammy King is a hard worker and responds to questions very promptly. If she doesn't know the answer, she will find someone who does. She communicated with me throughout my home-buying process and helped me in dealing with a rather difficult seller who kept wanting to modify our agreement.
