She is always a smiling, helpful face and is always a positive representative of what she commits to. For these reasons, I knew she would be wonderful help in searching for our home and she absolutely was! Throughout the search process, Tara took careful attention to our needs and "wish list" and sought out every available property to show us. We spent countless days and weekends looking and she remained committed to helping us find the perfect place. After finding our home, Tara made the whole process so easy and stress free. She was great at explaining exactly what everything was and served to negotiate everything for us. Absolutely perfect experience! I highly recommend Tara Smith.

Seller reviewWhat more can I say Tara did a excellent job for me in selling my lakehouse. Tara was always there for me day or night if I had any questions or concerns. She went out of her way to help me keep the lakehouse ready to show to prospective buyers as I did not reside on the property full time.
