A musician at heart, Tatyana earned a Master of Arts degree in Classical Performance and Pedagogy. As the Founder and Executive Director of Little Beethovens, LLC, Tatyana has coached aspiring musicians recognized with Certificates of Excellence awarded through the Royal Conservatory of Music. She was extremely knowledgeable of the local market and current market conditions, and advised us as appropriate. She was always very attentive to our requests to see multiple homes, knowing that the current market was extremely aggressive and time was of the essence when having a chance to submit an offer on a property. She would immediately accommodate our requests to schedule showings despite her already busy schedule. She was professional yet tenacious when she needed to be and always advocated for us when submitting offers to sellers. She honestly advised us on competitive and realistic offers on home, and really went the extra mile time and time again when corresponding with the sellers agent.
