Once they get it nothing happens until time for closing. Ted communicated with me once a week and some times daily to keep me apprised of changing issues. We communicated via phone, email and scheduled appointment as was necessary. I highly recommend Ted to anyone who wants to sell or buy there home. He is a true gem. The entire process went well.
