Ted expressed his knowledge in a professional and humble manner. This went a long was with us. He had excellent knowledge of the local market and priced our house to sell. He always kept us updated and was transparent on the next steps. I highly recommend anyone selling their house strongly consider talking to Teddy Shaw!

Ted Shaw was excellent. He was super receptive to our negotiations and made very helpful suggestions to get us an amazing deal. It felt like he was helping us buy our dream home, rather than trying to "sell us" something. He took excellent notes, referred a great inspector upon my asking, and closing could not have gone more smoothly. Teddy Shaw's personality is outstanding. He's laid back and was never pushy. He found great homes for us to tour based on the criteria we gave him and he delivered. He even helped outside of normal business hours - it wasn't expected on my part, but was sincerely appreciated! Put into 1 word: Easy. Buying a home can be a mess of emotions. Ted made me and my wife feel comfortable every step of the way. You rock, Teddy Shaw! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home.
