Ted was an amazing help in assisting us in the purchase of our new home. He made himself quickly available to show us homes that fit our needs. He was very knowledge about the process and educated in our local market. He was always reachable for questions related to any part of the process. He made the complicated process a lot easier! I'd highly recommend Ted to anyone needing a realtor. Looking forward to having Ted list our existing home in the near future!

Ted went above and beyond to make sure he was available when we were looking at homes. He even was responsive during his vacation returning emails and phone calls. Very kind and calm. I would definitely work with him again and let anyone else know that is in need of a realtor.

Teddy Shaw was on vacation and out of town and he still kept open communication with me throughout. He managed to negotiate a price me and the seller could agree upon while on vacation. There's not too many people who would do that.

Teddy was amazing with working with us. He was very knowledgeable. He was very patient with my children as well, with answering questions that they asked, and explaining to them so they would be able to understand everything as well. Even when he was on vacation he was still in contact with us to make sure that everything was going good. We are very pleased to have been able to have Teddy Shaw help us with the purchase of our first home.
