Seller reviewTennille was so understanding and professional when it came to selling our home of 37 years. Her knowledge of the area was excellent and the marketing strategy she mapped out worked perfect. We could not be happier with the outcome although it is a a bittersweet ending for us it was our time to sell! We would highly recommend Tennille with Century 21 because of her very strong diligent work ethic! She was amazing and so easy to work with!

She is energetic, knowledgeable, bubbly but respectful, answered all our questions, and responded to all our requests on a timely manner. Her recommendation of pricing, repair work needed and what's not needed helped us a lot in the process. Her connection of handymen also helped us a lot in getting the house ready to be on the market. Her knowledge of this area was most important for us in selecting an agent. Her competitive commission structure also helped us in selecting your company and using her as our agent. She has excellent communication skills which is definitely a plus for us. Tennille is super delightful to work with and I highly recommend her to anyone.

It quickly became clear that she understood our needs and would be able to accommodate them. Tennille did in fact turn out to be exactly what we needed and hoped for. She was open and honest, and always direct. Like any home sale, there were several potential stalling points along the way. Tennille handled them and kept a lot of the stress and pressure off of our family. I would recommend her to our closest family and friends.
