Seller reviewTerri had great knowledge of the neighborhood and the surrounding area. She came up with an excellent marketing plan because we knew this was a house that did not fit the regular mold due its relatively young age compared to the other houses in the neighborhood. We had a lot of confidence in Terri to get our house sold. Terri was excellent to work with and she got the job done in a very difficult market at the time. We would recommend Terri to anyone wanting to sell their home. Terri handled herself very professionally and got the results we were after.
