Teresa is easygoing and thorough. She took care of a lot of the details leading up to the sale such as inspections, follow-up repairs, coordinating with an estate sale, etc. This was extremely helpful and comforting since we lived in another state and dealt primarily long distance.

Teresa Ragland quickly acted helping us buy our dream home in the country as well as selling our old home in town. We have been wanting to move to the country but hadn't really been searching. When we saw this home the first day it came on the market or posted on realtor.com, we are so blessed that we could see it quickly. I didn't give it a second thought. I text Teresa immediately as soon as I saw the listing. I wanted to see it asap. She quickly acted getting me an appointment the very next morning. She and Karen Taylor (the realtor listing the new home) made that happen. We knew finding a home in the country with all the amenities this home provided we would have to act fast. It has all the things we need...beautiful home, a big shop for Mike, a she shed for me, a place to have a garden....the home is spacious, lots of storage, beautifully landscaped, peaceful sitting areas outside, great location. Teresa walked us through the process of selling our old home as well as buying the new home. I am focusing on buying the new home, but I need to share Teresa was wonderful on selling the home we lived in for 23 years. She is fabulous. Teresa is wonderful. Anything that was on my mind, I would text or call her. She would respond with a text or a call to answer my questions. I appreciate her taking such good care of us.
