We had wanted to purchase a home for several years, but were consistently turned down. A co-worker of mine had suggested I try her realtor. So we gave it a shot. I'm so happy we did! I would definitely use her services again, and I will be recommending her to friends and family that are thinking about buying a home in the future.

Seller reviewI had had to repossess this property as a bad investment. Teresa Van Tassel was knowledgeable about the background and very sympathetic to my situation. She was extremely supportive all the way through the whole process. Teresa worked very hard to sell the property for me. I was in Montana and Washington states at the time, so she undertook a lot of extra responsibility. She made sure I had tenants in both sides, recruiting them herself. She recommended I have dual furnaces installed--the property only had a shared furnace, and the second side was always very cold, plus I had to pay the gas bill. She recommended a heating man, a repair man, and lawncare guy too. She was determined to have the place in selling condition.
