Terry always made herself available and would return a phone call within minutes her knowledge of the real estate business made closing on a home really easy , she brought things to my attention I would never think of .......... again it was a pleasure working with Teri Kibbe.

She was instrumental in advising me what area to purchase in and what amenities were important to resale down the road. As such, when it came time to sell the property, I had Teri take care of that also. The house sold almost immediately and I felt I received an offer that was more than fair.
