Terri calmed our fears and concerns and helped us and walked us through every aspect of the sale. Terri Gogolen found a buyer for our home quickly and she worked very hard communicating with the buyer, the lawyers, our tenant, and us. She knew exactly how to handle each challenging situation. Seller reviewTerri Gogolen in my mind is the best agent in North Jersey! I wish I found her before I sold my 10 other properties. She is honest , caring and always willing to talk. She found an engineer, and a septic installer and oversaw the whole project without me ever once going to the property. I am a senior citizen and do not drive that far. Terri was willing to talk day or night and whenever I needed her. I want to tell everyone about her. She is the best! And you can trust her .
