I can't believe how Terri Sivertsen was able to put our house on the market in record timing and even when my husband was still skeptical about selling. Our home was not completely finished but Terri made our listing and pictures look amazing! When we saw our listing we were blown away. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off. The second buyer that saw the property put in an offer. We couldn't believe it. Our house went under contract within a few days after we put it on the market at asking price. We accepted and Terri walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. During our search for our next home, we must have looked at 30+ houses. Terri had our interests in mind at every home we requested to see. She even worked with us constantly while on vacation to put in the offer on our chosen home. I couldn't believe how easy the process has been selling and buying at the same time. The only reason it was easy was because Terri worked very hard behind the scenes and dealt with all of the issues on our behalf. I've recommended Terri to everyone I know. She is a true professional and a good person who really cares about your family. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you will find it difficult to find a better realtor!
