Living in another state I needed someone that I felt was experienced but would keep an eye out on the house and also cater to any needs such as house cleaning, yard care, maintanence and act on my behalf to get these things taken care of. Terrie was the perfect person for this listing. She took care of a multitude of tasks that I'm not sure agents are required to do. When I needed someone to clean the house, Terrie had the right person. When there was maintanence that needed to be done, Terrie again had the right person for the job. The list goes on and on in regards to the tasks that she took on for me as I lived in another state.

Buyer reviewTerri was very patient and worked with us for many months as our family worked through a few medical issues. In the end we found two great houses although both had difficult sellers to deal with. We had to walk away from the first but successfully dealt with the second thanks to terris help and relationships with others.
