Our family has worked with Terry for previous home purchases. He listens and understands what our desires our for a home and works diligently to find what we are looking for. He is readily available and takes care of all matters efficiently and correctly. The whole process was very smooth and efficient. Terry is so easy to talk to, receptive to feedback on the homes, and using that feedback to find exactly what we wanted within our budget. He works smart. He has great relationships with the other vendors that take part in the home buying process so it makes for a pleasant experience with all involved. Terry is a fantastic realtor/broker. He pays attention to detail and made the process of buying this home enjoyable. This can be a stressful experience. We were in competition with other buyers for this home. Terry Booth has great knowledge within the Village of Lyons therefore there was no question which realtor I was going to have for the sale of my home. The list price was quickly agreed upon and we had a quick sale. I would definitely use Terry Booth for my next purchase.
