Seller reviewTerry helped us locate the property when we relocated to Naperville in 2013. He was patient with us as we were moving from a small town to such a large suburb. Our jobs started before we moved in but Terry assured us that we would be well taken care of and we trusted him to lead us toward a great home buying experience. Terry took excellent care of us again in 2021, as we took new positions in another state and needed to sell our home that we loved. We needed someone with expertise in selling in this very exciting market and handle the stress of this situation. Terry basically walked us through every step from procuring a stager, a photographer, and getting us to downsize as we prepared. It was a great experience and Terry reduced our stress considerably. I think there is a lot of temptation to "do it yourself' when it comes to selling property. We watched a lot of DIY television. But, neither of us felt like we could handle the preparation details, legal formalities or the 'stuff' of selling a suburban home. It was the largest investment we ever made and we wanted someone with expertise and savvy.
