Seller reviewWhen i knew I was selling my property I called my good friend and former Escrow Manager, as i lived in my property for 16 years and did escrow for 30 years. So who better to know how agents are that an escrow officer. My friend gave me Teresa's name and phone number. I am in AZ now and when i got to San Diego and seen my place I was in tears. It had been destroyed. I met with Teresa and like her right away. I told her maybe i should just sell it to one of those Investors places, but she talked to me and said no. You can do this. So I got started. I got the name of a few people she knew to do work. It took 2 months but was worth it. She was very helpful and I always felt better when i wanted to give up. Everything worked out great, I replaced everything. The only horrible issue is the man that i hired to do kitchen cabinets. I should have gotten someone Teresa knew. My place sold immediately. I could not believe it. Teresa is a fantastic agent.
