I have been a licensed REALTOR with Century 21 since 1996. I started with Century 21 At The Crossing, which merged with Century 21 Scheetz. I decided to stay with the proven brand, the #1 recognized name in Real Estate, and the Scheetz name was synonomous with quality service. I have closed over 600 transactions, and there is nothing like being a part of the purchase of someones first home. It is special.I believe that the Quality Service Pinnacle Award I achieved is more important to any amount of money I could make, because it it a rating scale from my clients. I have to achieve a very high rating with EVERY transaction in order to maintain this, and I do.I also enjoy working with new and experienced investors. We ended up selling our home within the first 8 days, and with a quick closing date, we had a lot to accomplish in a short amount of time. Terry did an excellent job helping us get everything accomplished professionally and fast. His ability to help us get a laundry list of inspection items handled by multiple vendors timely was impressive. His experience, market knowledge and overall connection to our needs was very helpful. We were also able to buy our forever dream home!

Seller reviewTerry Rankin went above and beyond the call of duty! He was caring, patient, kind and thorough. It was an emotional move downsizing from the home we raised our children in and he advised us well throughout the entire process. He patiently took us to see homes for well over a year until we found the one we loved. He advised us on preparing our home to list, provided us with fabulous contractors who helped us to prep the house for listing and then also for the inspection repairs. They say a photo is worth a thousand words, and he hired an amazing photographer to shoot our house for the listing! Photos are a huge deal and often the first impression. She did an amazing job and the house popped! We loved working with Terry Rankin and would absolutely, highly, and with all of our hearts, recommend him!
