She helped us with preparing the house for sale to get top dollar. She helped to work out all the issues with home inspection and approval process with the new buyer. Terry was also a great with all the early/special negotiations to close the deal in a timely manner with the current virus issues . I wish I could bring her to Florida to help us with the new house.
