We live out of state. I called Terry Wilson at 330pm on a Saturday on my way up from Ky, and he literally met me at the house we needed to sell by 5pm an hour and a half later! Within days the house was on the market. I had no idea what I was doing (had to sell my moms house fast) and Terry was a HUGE help to my mom and me. He walked me through every step. He went above and beyond to help us. His help made everything go so much smoother as it was a very stressful situation with my moms house. He even returned my moms oxygen tanks to Lincare when I couldnt do it myself. I'm pretty sure that's not in his job description, he just did it to help us out which I REALLY appreciated. I couldnt have asked for a better realtor and I'm SO GLAD I called him! Thank you Terry!

Hands down the best ever. He makes you feel comfortable and doesn't pressure you. There should be another category. Terry Wilson is the best period. He makes you feel comfortable Terry was there for me when I wanted to give up during the covid-19. You can't get any better them him.

Terry did a great job. He was willing to meet with us outside of normal business hours. Was very friendly and took the time needed with us. It was a small investment property we had listed with another agency years ago. Thought it would be a hard sell, but it sold very quickly. I would definitely recommend and use again.
