Her professionalism and understanding of our needs, after only a brief conversation with her, was wonderful. Throughout our purchase, she had been available to us, just a phone call away, answering questions and offering her expertise. During the entire process of our purchase, Tessa had been a calm and reassuring support, keeping stress at bay, making the whole process enjoyable. It has been a pleasure working with Tessa. Seller reviewWe worked with Tessa to purchase our first home-- it was a no brainer to work with her again to sell. She guided us well through all of the offers (multiple!) we received and helped us choose the strongest one. Her organized spreadsheet with pertinent information all in one place made the options clear to understand. Somehow she makes you feel like you're her only client. The only downfall of her quick turnaround for communication is when it takes longer than 5 hours, you want to send a text to make sure she's safe, ha! Her strategy made us feel comfortable and proved to be incredibly profitable and as painless as possible for us.

Seller reviewWhen we originally sat down and met with Tessa prior to listing our home she was so through in educating us on the selling process. She walked through our home with us and gave us her opinion on what we could do to optimize our selling potential. I never felt pushed or rushed to get out home on the market. It really put my husband and I at ease. Tessa did a magnificent job making our home look top notch when it came time to sell. Her description of our home was so spot on and really did a wonderful job at encapsulating how much our home meant to us. Taking the time to list the home on multiple platforms and still add signage to the front of our home gave us so much opportunity for showings. Thanks to Tessa we had back to back showings on our home with 8 offers (all above asking)! It would have been overwhelming had Tessa not been there to walk us through each offer and weigh out the pros and cons. To this day we feel so happy about the offer we chose and appreciate Tessa helping us be so confident in our decision.
