Theresa Davila began her real estate career in 2001. She is currently a fulltime Realtor for Century 21 Premier Real Estate, serving the AL and GA area. She stepped away from Real Estate to support her husband who served our country in the United States Army and Military families. Her experience, knowledge and professionalism demonstrates her achievements as Top Buyer's agent, Sapphire Level Award, Medallion Club Award. Her awards and accomplishments are proven. Theresa has provided support and services to our military and their families as the Assistant Director for Child and Youth Services/MWR at Fort Bliss, Texas and Fort Benning, Georgia. As a Military Spouse Theresa understands resiliency, challenges and supporting her clients through the home buying and selling process. Theresa is originally from California, however has moved around in support of her husband's career from the West Coast to the East Coast. In 2018 they decided to make Alabama their home. The beauty here and the military families that she has been supporting has been so rewarding that she chose to continue to serve her military community here. Theresa has what it takes to make the home buying and selling process the best for her clients. Buyer reviewThe leg work Theresa put in for us and her willingness to show houses during the short window we were able to be present was excellent. She fully exceeded my expectations set by previous Agents on past purchases. She never made us feel rushed and had plenty of knowledge on the homes and areas surrounding Fort Benning. It was fortunate that we were able to get such a great Agent first try. The biggest thing that stood out was just how many homes we were able to see in such a short amount of time until we found one that was perfect for my family and my budget.
