Seller reviewAs a family member I have to say Tom hit the ground running. He is an outstanding agent and made selling our parents house, after their passing, as easy as possible. Tom was highly organized, was always available to answer questions, and streamlined the process as much as possible. He handled determining an appropriate selling price, staging of the house, manning the open houses, tracking down the certificates of occupancy, scheduling Town and Electrical inspections, determining the final oil, water, and electric bills, negotiations with the buyer, final walk through, and the eventual closing. Other than having to physically clean out the house, Tom handled everything else. This made what could have been a nerve racking process, after a family loss, a very manageable one. I highly recommend using Thomas Apa as your Real Estate agent!

Seller reviewThomas Apa is a Top Flite Agent. In selling my childhood home after my parents passing I was nervous and concerned about how things worked. Thomas came in and gave us a detailed and organized presentation of how things are going to work. Thomas walked us through every little process that took place from listing it - to getting it prepared to show - to getting all paperwork completed while in contract - to contacting oil, water and electric to get final totals without Thomas's guidance I would have been lost !! Thomas was always there to answer any questions big or small. The open lines of communication made this process so calming. Because before Thomas took the job my nerves were shot in how to handle things. Thomas made us feel like he cared as much as we did !! I would recommend Thomas Apa to anyone selling a home actually I would tell them if they want it done right using Thomas Apa is a MUST !!
