Seller reviewTom helped us to purchase our new home in Goshen, In and he did an excellent job of meeting our needs. Tom went out of his way to advertise the sale of our home. Tom used all the tools he had available even taking the time to show our house on the Century21 Bradley television show. I was extremely impressed with how approachable Tom was. His ability to answer our questions via phone, text, or e-mail at all hours of the day was refreshing.

When my wife and I decided it was time to move from our Woodburn, In home to a new place outside of Middlebury, In we knew it would be an undertaking with 5 acres and bunch of farm buildings to try to sell. I knew Tom's family from the community and contacted him. Right away we knew it was the right fit. Tom went out of his way to help market our property with two open houses and even putting it on the Century 21 Bradley Sunday tv show. We are extremely pleased with his hard work and all the time Tom put into the marketing of our home.

Found he is currently a realtor and having known and respected his work ethic and discussing what his current position is reached the conclusion he would be an excellent choice. I can only add I have only outstanding appreciation for Toms work and how he handled our "project" and would use his services again if buying or selling and would strongly recommend him to others (which I have already done).

Buyer reviewI could not have closed on the planned date without Tom s extra help. A last minute Business trip came up and I wasn t in town. There were issue s with the Utilities, Tom handled everything for me. Including phone calls, meeting service men at the property. He was in constant contact with me the entire time which put me at ease. By the time I returned to town, (The night before closing) Everything had been taken care of. The closing was so easy........ everything in order. Tom was very knowledgeable about the different areas of Fort Wayne. Always responded to my calls/e mails/text messages promptly. I have purchased several homes over the years, this was undoubtedly the easiest one, because of Tom. He Loves what he does for people and it shows!
