I have been a Realtor® since 1977 starting in Ohio and now in the Tampa Bay area.
Through the years I have earned a BA in Economics, an MBA in Finance, and real estate specific designations including Short Sale Specialist, (SFR) and expertise in the use of the internet (e-PRO). And over my many years as a Realtor® I have logged hundreds of hours of real estate specific classes.
My extensive hands-on experience in remodeling, property management and new construction will serve you well in evaluating properties to fit your needs.
My wife Mary and I have a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, and we enjoy traveling, hiking, swimming and bicycling which we can do all year 'round now that we are here in Florida.

I was very impressed that at each property he'd make notes about what I liked, what I didn't like, and what was "missing" from my wish list. He was easy to contact and available when I wanted to look at a property that had just been listed. He went above and beyond and arranged to show me a few homes that were not on "my radar" - and one of them turned out to be the perfect match for me. His guidance while writing the offer was appreciated, and it was accepted without negotiation. In this market, I was very happy to have an accepted offer and quick close. Tom even helped me with transportation logistics when I needed to drop off my UHaul car transport. Glad to meet a new neighbor and a trustworthy Realtor.
