Living on beautiful Chautauqua Lake I enjoy power boating, sailing and time spent at the beautiful Chautauqua Lake Yacht Club. In the winter my family enjoys spending a great deal of time in Ellicottville skiing at both Holiday Valley and Holimont as well as enjoying Ellicottville bustling shopping, dining and night life. Golfing has always been an interest however I don't get to play as much as I would like. I also enjoy traveling to be able to ski and visit, and sailing to the U.S. and British Virgin Islands.

I have been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1982 and have been the perennial Top Producer in the Chautauqua County Board of Realtors. I am a past Director, Vice President and President of the Chautauqua County Board of Realtors. I for many years have specialized in Lakefront Sales and Corporate Relocation serving the majority of our areas largest employers. I take pride in selling our Community to others as I believe there is no greater place to live! I offer free no obligation community tours, interim housing assistance, school tours and introductions to other clubs and organizations as well as addressing any specific needs one may have. We also due to our extensive community connections can be helpful with spousal employment. I have two wonderful children, Mike and Katya, my daughter whom we adopted from Russia when she was just 5 years old.
