Originally from Michigan, Tom has been a full time resident of Florida for the past seven years.
He is a veteran of the U.S. Naval Air Force and has a degree in Business Management and Economics. Tom held a builder's license in Michigan prior to his move to Florida which has given him a thorough knowledge of what to look for when evaluating a property.
Prior to his real estate career he held a senior management position with a major transportation and logistics company and also owned and operated his own business.

Buyer reviewTom Schirr had to deal with a very difficult seller and a seller's agent who was not responsive to our questions and concerns during the purchase process. Tom, at all times, was very professional and level headed, to which I believe helped us receive best deal for our new house. Seller reviewTom Schirr was a pleasure to work with: always available, always responsive, always calm, no nonsense approach, willing to do research especially of alternate funding arrangements. I would recommend him highly to prospective sellers and buyers! Our property was difficult to sell because conventional funding was not available to the buyers due to the age of the structure. However, Tom researched alternate funding options and found us the boater/fisherman buyer that we had dreamt of for our waterfront property. Tom understood our needs and desires and he got the value of the property in a way that previous realtors from another agency did not.
