Tiffany Joined CENTURY 21 Lakeside Realty with many years of education and experience in business, finance, and public service.
After graduating from David Anderson High School Tiffany studied business at Ohio Valley Business College, received a Business Management Certificate from Ashworth College, a Financial Accountability Certificate from the Ohio Auditor of State, Certification from the Ohio Treasurer of State's Center for Public Investment Management.
Tiffany received her Real Estate education from ETI Technical College and is a member of the National, Ohio and Beaver Creek Association of Realtors®.
Her professional experience includes roles in both local business and public service in banking, bookkeeping, and office management and most recently, since 2008, Fiscal Officer for Madison Township.
Tiffany is a lifelong resident of Columbiana County where she and her husband of 25 years have raised their 3 sons. She currently serves our communities as a member of the Columbiana County Township Association on the Executive Committee and as Corresponding Secretary, and is a member of West Point Lion's Club and St. George Catholic Church.

Seller reviewTiffany is an amazing realtor. We have used atleast 3 realtors in the past and she has surpassed out expirations. When we met, she hadnt been working long as a realtor but, I knew she would be a successful one! We could tell. Tiffany was wonderful. Our home had to be sold rather quickly due to divorce. She was professional and kind. Very knowledge about the selling process and went out of her way to answer any questions we had. She went above and beyond her obligations for us, I would recommend her to anyone selling their home.

She called me at 10 am Friday morning and said we had a showing at Noon on Friday and one at 2n on Saturday. The property sold from the noon showing. I'm so glad that I chose Tiffany to sell my condo. She certainly took a lot off my mind. She handled every aspect of my sale very professionally. We knew when it was time to sell our first home that we wanted someone that would take us seriously and get the job done. She came to us with realistic ideas on how to sell and what other comps were in the area. Our house was on the market for five days before we have an accepted offer! Tiffany was with us during the whole selling process. We also had her show us homes when it came to buying our next place. She was patient and showed us multiple homes until we found the right one. When it came to putting in an offer, Tiffany gave us a couple connections as to who may give us the best mortgage. We were very pleased with the amount of knowledge, and professionalism she had.
