With an extensive background in sales and over 20 years of experience in a variety of industries, including telecommunications, computer hardware/software, laboratory testing, and laboratory billing/information systems I have many unique skills and techniques to help you in your real estate transaction. My past experience is very helpful in my real estate business as I am very innovative and creative in sales and marketing to help sellers to get top dollar for their houses in a quick time frame. Having moved both across town and across state lines I understand the importance of finding the right home and having an knowledgeable real agent. Originally from the Midwest, I have lived in the DFW metroplex (specifically the Keller area) since 2006 and hope to never leave. I am blessed with a wonderful wife, two very energetic little boys, and a very spoiled golden retriever named Charlie. In my free time I enjoy sharing my love for sports with my boys. Seller reviewWe were so fortunate to have found Tim Goldsberry when we moved to Keller. As our Realtor, he helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. He was patient as looked at homes over several months and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes. In short, he was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Tim was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. We would recommend him to anyone.

Buyer reviewMy wife and I worked with Tim Goldsberry to move only about 1 mile away from our previous home and I really can't say enough good things about the experience. Tim was very knowledgeable about the area in general and the homes available that met our criteria. He was available to show us homes at times that fit into our crazy hours. He was very responsive on handling all of our questions and requests. Tim was great at negotiating a price that we and the sellers would accept. Even after we had moved in, Tim was there to recommend several contractors to paint and install new floors. I couldn't recommend Tim enough for anyone looking for some peace of mind when buying or selling a home!

Our home had sentimental value to us, and housed many memories that will be forever special to us. Tim understood, and handled the sale of our home as such. Tim worked extremely hard during this time, and went above and beyond. Tim did and excellent job showing our home during open house events. Having sold another home in the past I was supprised to see that Tim personally handled the open house events. In addition he was happy to hold as many events as we preferred. He was more than happy to answer any questions we had, and he was enormously helpful in helping us to focus on what we could do as homeowners to make our home marketable. During the consideration of contract, Tim did a great job of explaining terminology so that we felt comfortable upon making major decisions We would be more than happy to recommend Tim and Century 21 to anyone considering selling their home!
