I've been practicing real estate in Metro Detroit for over 20 years. In that time, I've been through every type of market imaginable, but my approach has remained consistent. In strong Buyer's markets, Seller's markets, during booms or even when the market crashes, my duty to my clients remains the same. I'm not a "Salesman", I just put Sellers and Buyers together. My primary purpose is to thoroughly educate my clients and give them the strongest possible representation. I always negotiate in my clients' best interest, not for my own personal interest, because if I meet your needs, my needs are met as well. I listen to my clients more than I speak, because that's the best way to determine YOUR needs and help you to reach your goals.

Seller reviewTim did a superlative job of selling my home. It was an excellent experience all-around, and Tim made agents I had formerly worked with seem "amateurish" at best. I met with three other agents this time around and signed with Tim because the information package he put together outlining his plan was tremendously comprehensive and accurate. I rightly judged him to be trustworthy and he kept my best interests paramount. There were no lapses in communication irrespective of whether the issues that arose were minor or sensitive. And lastly but not least, he accurately assessed the market value of my home, told me the number, and he got it! I will personally recommend Tim Hall and Century21 AAA North every chance I get.

Tim offered excellent advice and knew just what we needed to do to get the job done fast, without sacrificing our wants and needs! In less than 5 days we accepted an offer above our asking price!
