We wanted to interview several real estate agents, and Tim Matthews was our first person to interview. After talking and listening to Tim, we chose to go with him without any further interviews. His local knowledge of the area, and sales in the area were key sellers for us. He really understood our wants and needs, and was able to accomplish that. I would strongly recommend Tim to other sellers or buyers for that matter. He was reachable, communicated well through out the listing process, and courteous. Even when we hit a road block, he had options ready for us to proceed. Thanks to Tim, we were able to move back to Colorado to be with our families and grandkids.
